Major industry manufacturers are familiar with our systems and have worked with us on many projects over the years. We in turn are familiar with their products and know best how to monitor them. 

Our Support

Our policy is "a life long relationship with our customers". This is backed by national UK support unparalleled in the industry. This includes our hotline technical staff and our national team of highly trained installation and service engineers. We offer service contracts on all our systems, covering telephone and VPN support, comprehensive on site breakdown cover with 72 hour call out response, annual on site service with probe calibration, and software upgrades. Training is available as required at competitive rates.

Our Warranty

If our system or any part of it fails to perform to expected standards we will remove it and replace it without argument. More frequently our system will highlight faults in monitored equipment, and in the way your staff utilise that equipment. We are committed to assisting you in resolving these issues as part of our post installation support. Please note, however, that we do not provide food safety advice. Systems will be set up with default settings, and any alterations to these will be understood to be at client request.
