Monika Demonstrates Expertise in Compliance with Several Reaccreditations
Monika has added a host of certifications to its accreditation portfolio, each demonstrating commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Following a successful audit, Monika was awarded a trifecta of ISO standards. ISO 9001:2015 is an international recognised achievement for quality management services, that focuses on continuous improvement, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, ISO 27017:2015 centres around proper use of cloud services – representing a significant part of Monika’s smart cloud connected system. Monika passed the assessments with flying colours, also upgrading to the latest standard of ISO 27001:2022 – used to verify appropriate safeguarding of sensitive data.
Additionally, Monika has been able to demonstrate a high level of dedication to healthy, safety, environmental standards, and ethics, earning them a SafeContractor certification.
Similarly, showcasing these practices earned Monika a ConstructionLine award, designed specifically for businesses with an element of construction. Within this, Monika was granted two sub-classifications; a Social Values Certification, which is concerned with community, environmentalism, jobs, and diversity through KPIs including living wage, apprenticeships, and emissions; and SSPI (Safety Schemes in Procurement), which verifies a supplier’s health and safety standards.
Lorraine Gamble, Monika Managing Director UK & Europe, is proud of the achievements:
“As a compliance management provider, demonstrating our own compliance is a high priority for Monika. Our customers trust us to keep their teams and end users safe, and to do this in a safe and responsible way. We’re delighted that we’ve been able to go above and beyond requirements to receive these prestigious accreditations, which provide quantifiable
evidence for businesses that value transparency when ensuring supplier ethics align with their own goals.”
The qualifications join Monika’s existing credentials, including their place on the G-Cloud 14 Framework, and Green Mark.
