Monika unveils food safety monitoring tools to Australia

September 12th , 2014 by

Market-leading wireless temperature monitoring provider Monika will exhibit its new, comprehensive digital food safety solution at Fine Food Australia in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre this month.

With a client list boasting everything from foodservice and hospitality to retail and healthcare, Monika has recently expanded its product offering to help customers from a wide range of catering environments meet their food safety obligations.

Monika’s new TaskMinder food safety system was designed to assist caterers in the multiple task management issues routinely faced when trying to ensure the safety of perishable products, building on the success of Monika’s PathFinder wireless temperature monitoring system.

Paul Gamble, Business Development Manager of Monika PTY in Australia, said: “We’re excited to be part of the show’s 30th anniversary, and looking forward to meeting thousands of other industry professionals.

“The addition of TaskMinder to our existing PathFinder wireless monitoring tools means we can now offer clients a total food safety solution; it’s a really innovative and unique system, so it will be a very proud moment when we can unveil it to the industry.

“We’re also hoping to draw further inspiration from the show – it’s a great way to learn about the latest products, trends and innovations.”

Monika PathFinder and TaskMinder wireless temperature monitoring tools and wider food safety management system will be displayed in the event’s New Products Showcase and exhibited at Stand HK018 from 15-18 September.

Fine Food Australia is Australia’s largest annual food industry trade expo, with over 24,000 visitors and more than 1,000 exhibitors under the one roof – a Mecca for foodservice, retail and hospitality professionals.
