Monika Strengthens Team with Two New Hires

Monika, the experts in connecting equipment and teams, has expanded to welcome two new members to their own team.

Harry Singlehurst joins the Monika team as Customer Service Administrator. With over 8 years of customer service experience under his belt, Harry’s new role will involve supporting customers with telephone or email enquiries, scheduling system maintenance, and helping ensure operations run smoothly.

Meanwhile, Waseem Khan will be based in London as a Field Service Engineer. Waseem’s duties will include performing regular maintenance to keep Monika equipment in top condition, and assisting customers to help them get the most out of their system.

Tim Gamble, Executive Chairman of Monika, is excited to welcome the new recruits;
