We would like to reassure all our customers and contacts that Monika are monitoring government guidelines about the Covid-19 outbreak very carefully. The safety of our staff and customers is paramount, and we will continue to support both groups as far as possible. In these difficult times where it is impractical and unsafe to send engineers to site we will be providing support as follows:

Routine system support and breakdown cover

Telephone support will continue to be available using existing contact numbers. We have expanded our knowledge base on the website so that customers with their own maintenance teams can rectify more complex system faults with telephone guidance where necessary.  In the hopefully rare situations, where we are unable to resolve a problem, we will offer advice on manual record keeping as a last resort back up.

Annual system service and calibrations

These will be deferred from the anniversary of the previous service and performed as soon thereafter as circumstances permit.

We will keep you informed about any further changes we make to operating procedures on our website, and via social media.
