Monika’s new generation of wireless monitoring solutions for HACCP compliance will be on display on our stand, UE48, at the Restaurant Show, Olympia, London  3rd-5th October 2016.

Monika offers a total HACCP monitoring solution through its PathFinder and TaskMinder products.

Monika’s TaskMinder manages tasks to ensure the timely and accurate completion of hygiene and safety activities, including hand probing.

PathFinder provides a continuous, secure, electronic record of fridge and freezer performance by wirelessly monitoring the temperature of refrigerated food storage areas. PathFinder releases staff from completing time consuming, daily, paper-based temperature checks whilst providing reports to assist managers and auditors.

TaskMinder and PathFinder record critical events and send task and alarm notifications to staff through Monika’s dashboard and hand held devices.  Monika can be accessed remotely and can escalate notifications through email and SMS text messaging to ensure that nothing is missed or forgotten.
