Our android-based MonikaPrime and MonikaGo solutions have been designed around robust wireless protocols for use in the commercial kitchen environment. The heavy-duty Smart PA device is loaded with software that prompts users to perform essential food safety tasks, and works with a Smart Bluetooth Probe to take and record the temperatures of food or equipment, depending on the requirements of your business. Both are anti-microbial Biocote-treated for hygiene.

 

MonikaPrime

MonikaPrime is a cloud-based, mobile solution that provides ‘real-time’ responsiveness for multi-site businesses.  It is simple to install, easy to train people on and to use, and its infrastructure is flexible enough to work in every kitchen set-up.

An intelligent system, MonikaPrime manages teams and equipment to deliver safety, hygiene and policy compliance.  It comes in 3 modules:

  • Team Management – a complete standalone paper free solution for managing and recording tasks, jobs and checks. It can be set up to work with your daily opening hours, routines – and policies – and offers easy visibility of what has been done and what is outstanding.
  • Equipment Management – by fitting sensors to refrigeration equipment you can automate data collection to save time and ensure the safe storage of food products. Looking at trends over time you can also recognise if plant is failing, in order to plan maintenance and rescue stock.
  • Enterprise Management – our powerful backend software provides a thorough overview of performance against pre-defined KPIs, and allows you to analyse your data to identify areas for training or improvement.

 

MonikaGo

Created specifically for smaller food businesses, MonikaGo is a mobile, flexible food safety system to help you meet your food safety requirements – easily and completely. The MonikaGo Starter Pack includes the Monika Smart PA handset, preloaded with MonikaGo software and the Smart Bluetooth Probe for temperature sampling.

Used together, these components form a complete system for task and temperature management. While the Smart PA shows tasks due and completed, the Smart Bluetooth probe can be used to take equipment temperatures as well as checking food against safe temperature limits. Data is sent via WiFi or mobile to the Cloud, and can be easily accessed for reporting when needed.

An affordable option for a growing business, MonikaGo reduces risk and worry by keeping track of what needs doing throughout the working day. Saving time and paperwork, it can also be used by staff to see what allergens are present in any food item at the point of sale.  Other features include the facility to view staff training records, a help section, a daily diary which summarises all tasks and events recorded that day, and a deliveries area which allows you to record details of deliveries received, or orders sent out for external catering.
